copying text form fields automatically

Hi

I use word 2003 and I am trying to enter information in a form text field
and have it copied to another field on another page automatically. The
information copied is the name and address of clients and needs to be copied
to 5 different pages with the same text fields on each, although in different
parts of each page. Can you tell me the best way to accomplish this? Also
could you recommend a good book for a beginner (in programming anyway) that
deals with the more complex issues in Microsoft word 2003 such as visual
basic, fields, forms and macros?
