The user would only need to chose some of the items from the first box,
not all of them.
I must use VB instead of a simple Form option in Word due to the fact
that the max on a drop down is 25, I have well over that. Hence, I need
VB to achieve this.

Actually yes, I have been all over the web, in addition to having Yahoo
group communication of the author, Dian Chapman.
