    Many thanks. You guessed right - one of the missing controls did have
    a negative top property. Your useful tip to select the control in the
    properties window is a nice tip.

    I'm not used to MSForms enough to know why it's possible to create a
    negative property value in the first place. Also I'm having some
    difficulty with the MSForms object model, but I'll post separately.
