It might be easier to help if you gave us the code of the macro. Is macro
running a batch process to do the cleaning up on multiple documents each
time it is run?

When I am converting documents from WordPerfect to Word, I have a macro
that
cleans up the new Word document. Some times when the macro runs it shows
all
the changes being made and other times the screen goes blank while the
changes are being made. Is there a way to stop the screen from going
blank?
When other people are running the macro they think the macro has locked up
and they try to stop it. Which then causes it to crash. Then they call me
and
say it's not working.
