Word 2003 and back to 97 (I think) CTRL P (Print) in dropdown Print What:
Autotext Entries.
There are VBA solutions also.

I have a template called "autotext.dot" which has 150 odd autotext entries
saved within it. As we do not use global normal.dot, we have to copy the
autotext from autotext.dot to our normal.dot.
What I need to do is print all of the autotext with the autotext name then
the actual autotext underneath so that people have a hard copy of the
autotext that can be used.
I don't want to have to manually do this. Any ideas?
