Re: Change LanguageID automatically when paragraph pasted in target document

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hi Graham,

First of all thanks very much for early responce....

As u suggest in ur first option ie "Use edit > paste special >
unformatted text." its working fine but i dont think user will prefer
to use it!, since its loosing text formating which user dont want! is
there any better way by which we dont loose formatting but can set
LanguageID to default of that document?

Now for second option, i already tried unprotecting the document
'section' - in this case word dont allow me to access menu options (ie
if i have protected section in a document and when i unprotected that
section then it wont allow me to access menu item and also dont allow
me to go out of that section unless i protect it again!)

As for your second question You will have to unprotect the document to do
that.

Hi All,

I have a problem!

I have a document which written in Language "English AUS" and have one
more document which written in "English US" when I tried to paste
paragraph from "English US" document to "English AUS" document, the
LanguageID of the paragraph to target document remain the same ie
"English US" is there any way by which we can automatically change the
" LanguageID " to target document language?

The question is, does anyone know how to automatically change the
language of the whole doc (text and all!) to AUS? - (note: document
have some section which is protected - if we use "Ctrl+A" Tool\Set
Language is grayed out)

Thanks in advance for reply response
