generate combobox from code to add in to a row of a table

I have a table which needs a combo box of same values being set up and then
added to each row of a table to be used as a variable for the caculation
across the row

I have set up the code to populate the combo box and I have a add row to my
table which format each cell so i know where to place

how do i actually insert the combo box in to the tabel cell and then how can
i control the combo box when i print the form out so it only shows the data
or even hide the column completly..
