Thanks, Cindy. I've tried setting the options on the bottom to "Collect
without showing" and unchecking "Show Automatically", just the Help file
suggests, but Word keeps "forgetting" I've said that (kind of like my
teenager!). I thought maybe someone might have a VBA solution (like one I
saw for suppressing the Web toolbar) - "If this ever shows up, turn it off".
Too bad Microsoft doesn't provide Options for different levels of users -
those who like everything automatic, those who don't, and those who like to
set their own environment, if you please! 8>)
