Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

As in a Subject the SpellCheck automaticaly always reverts to English (US)

Whats more it underlines words which are already added to a custom
dictionery and now if you event want to add them again you can not bacouse a
button (add to a dictionery) is not active.

Please help I have been fighting with this issue for about a year.
