spell check in protected form in word 2007

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

I have looked at the article at
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/SpellcheckProtectDoc.htm

And have spell check working in word 2003 for my customer. However my
customer has office 2007 and I put the macro into word 2007 but I still can’t
get the spell check to be available (it is greyed out). And of course with
the form protected I can’t execute a macro. Worst thing is that this
customer is a management consultant and will be sending these forms to people
using different versions of word. First, is there any way to get spell check
working in 2007, and then is there a portable process to work in different
versions of word?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
