Waiting for CSAPI? Help,Help

Hi everybody,
I have a custom spell engine for my native language, Amharic, that I wan to
integrate with MS Office App. I know CSAPI interface is just the thing to do
this. I also understand I need to contact Microsoft directly to get the SDK.
Now I have been searching the web for weeks like crazy to find the contact
info I can use to start the application process. Unfortunately for me, all my
effort has been unfruitful. Now,
