British vs American

Hi, my Word (2003) has an auto spelling check turned on. This is fine
enough, but it is using American English spelling while I prefer British
English spelling (eg. intialise instead of initialize, and many other
relatively minor examples).

Is it possible to change this in Word so it uses British English spelling?
