Error message when spell checking

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

When checking a word document for spelling and grammar mistakes, the program
always comes up with the error message 'WINWORD caused an invalid page fault
in module <unknown> at 0000:0f09cbe4', causing the program to crash.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why this happens or know of any way to fix
this problem? If the spelling and grammar checker is disabled then the
program works fine but as soon as it is enabled again, Word comes up with
this error message.
Thanks for any help you can give me!
