Hmmm. Yes, well... the correct (and legal!) way to get proofing tools is to buy
them. Then they'll be installed correctly, no fuss and bother. With most recent
versions of Word, that's certainly the only way to get the grammar check
working (that's what the file names you list refer to). It's not just a
question of where the files go (as a rule of thumb, they all go into the same
folder), but also registering the tools.
(And if you read carefully between the lines, you'll find out how you can
*probably* get JUST the spell check working.)
