Word XP - Check spelling as you type not staying checked

    Hi,

    I have about 3 users who's "Spelling as you type" keeps
    turning itself off and on. Running Office XP SP2 on Win
    XP Pro. The rest of the users (approx 200) seem to be
    fine.

    I've tried
    -replacing their Normal.dot
    -repairing Office
    -removing/reinstalling Office

    It's not docuement specific either. If they create a new
    document or use an old document it keeps changing it's
    state for the session of the document. Language is set to
    English(Canada). There doesn't seem to be any connection
    between the 3 users.

    Any ideas???
