Check the printer settings in Control Panel.

My father's business printer suddenly started printing single pages

format. A person who has a computer business in town mentioned that

to "cancel the template" in the hidden files...something to do with
Explorer
I think.

This problem can't be corrected in Word. I am sorry this is second
hand
information from my father. He isn't computer illiterate but can't
seem to
figure out what this person was telling him. Apparently this is a
common
error not related to either Word or the Printer but something to do
with a
template that keeps tossing itself into the mix and causing pages to
print
strangely.

Does anyone know the proper steps to fixing this problem...Program
Files to ?,
then hidden files and we're supposed to look for a template to
cancel!
