Yes a printer has been selected - I understand from my reading that if
the printer were the problem I would see no fonts at all.
The problem also occurs in Excel and Outlook - but when logged in as
administrator there is no problem. I cant see why it would be a
permissions issue though.
I have printed a list of the fonts distributed with Office XP and am
now deciding to delete the ones which are not needed by this
organisation.
