Microsoft included the Monotype Corsiva font with the following products:
Access 2000, Access 97 SR2, Excel 2000, FrontPage 2000, Greetings 99, Home Publishing 99, Office 2000 Premium, Office 4.3 Professional, Office 97 Small Business Edition SR2, Office 97 SR1a, Office Professional Edition 2003, Outlook 2000, Picture It! 2000, Picture It! 2002, PowerPoint 2000, Publisher 2000, Publisher 97, TrueType Font Pack, Word 2000.
If you own one of these products, you should be able to install the font from the original software CD or disk. If you don't own one of these products, you can purchase the font from http://www.ascenderfonts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=COR01 ..
