    Hi Suzanne,

    Thanks for your response again. I am still having
    problems. When I followed your last advice including
    the "equal column width", a dialog box advised the same
    as before. Would it help if I sent you a page from my
    book? I would probably have to send it to your email
    address as an attachment.
