It would be worth deleting the present driver, rebooting the computer
and installing the driver from the web site (even if the one you have is
the same driver). It sounds like either a corrupt driver or the wrong
driver.

Make sure the correct driver is selected as default in the Start
Printers and faxes dialogue.
