Did you not also send it on the 17th and again on the 18th?

Did you try any of the suggestions I made to your message on the 18th?

In case you cannot find it, I quote below.

Unusual problem.

Open a file in Notepad and print it. Or open Notepad, type a few lines and
print.

If you get a blank page, check the black ink cartridge.

With Word, you could get no print showing if somehow 'white' was specified
as the text color. since there is no actual 'white' ink and no way to
produce it from standard ink-jet cartridge colours, the printer prints
nothing where the white is to appear. To see anything, you have to also
specify a colour for the background. Then the printer will place ink
everywhere except where the white text is to be and allow the paper color to
be seen as 'white'.

I don't think this is your problem since you say you also get no black
printing in Excel

Note: Jezebel made a reply on the 18th as well.

Responses get posted here when someone looks at the questions and thinks
they know the answer. Yours is an odd-sounding problem that doesn't resemble
anything I've met before (which is why I didn't respond). Apparently other
posters felt the same way. Doesn't help that it was Sunday, either.

However, two things to try:

1) Uninstall then reinstall the printer. If the problem is that the printer
driver is corrupt, this might fix it.

2) Borrow another printer (any kind). See if that works: if so, the problem
is with your printer or driver. If it doesn't work, reinstall Office.

Usually, replies are sent back to the group so the error in your e-mail
address should not matter to any replies thus made.

Do let us know how it goes.
