Hi Doug,

Thanks for the advice.

Can I assume that there's a bug in:

 Tools > Options > Print
 Uncheck "Update fields"

Or am I misunderstanding the purpose of that option? The
Help file says:

 "Tip You can update all fields in a document each time
you print it. Click Options on the Tools menu, click the
Print tab, and then select the Update fields check box."
