It occurs to me that you possibly mean that the greater than and less than
symbols are not being printed rather than the and symbol, i.e. the &.
If so, I would also ask if these are inserted directly by pressing the
keyboard keys or by a Insert Symbol methods or an AutoCorrect or AutoText
method.
