In the Envelope dialog, click the Add to Document button. This will add an
envelope to the current document so that you can see it on the screen. It's
easier to see what's going on if you have text boundaries displayed (View
tab of Tools | Options).

1. Click in the address area, and you will see a hashed border; this is the
frame, which you need to modify (move or resize). You can do this for a
single envelope by just dragging the frame borders. To change it for the all
new envelopes, proceed to step 2.

2. Display the Styles and Formatting task pane. Click in the frame and note
that the current style is Envelope Address (actually, you may not be able to
see more than "Envel" unless you drag the task pane larger because the style
has a large left indent).

3. Right-click beside the style in the S&F task pane and choose Modify.

4. In the Modify Style dialog, click on Format and choose Frame.

5. In the Format Frame dialog, change the height and width as needed (if you
need more depth, change the height from Exactly to At Least). If you need to
move the frame, change the Horizontal and Vertical position settings.

6. OK out of Format Frame, check the box for "Add to template," and OK out
of the Modify Style dialog.
