The usual way is to inset them inside the cells of a table with fixed
dimensions.

I am creating a form in which users are suppopsed to answer questions by
writing in a paragraph of text, anywhere from 1 to about 10 lines. I've
figured out how to add text content controls. But, I want to limit the
size
of the 'boxes' so that whatever the users type will not affect where my
pages
break.
How do I limit or control how much text they enter?
Thanks!
