If you convert the file to a PDF, you should be able to use the Full
Screen view in Acrobat (Reader) to display it.
Or, if you want to keep the document in Word format, try View | Full
Screen in
Word.

I considered converting my report to a PowerPoint file for displayon
the projector, however all my formatted design layout is scrambledand
too much work would be needed to re-style it. can my report besafely
and easily converted to ppt?word
if not, I will plug my USB drive into the pc and simply show the
document as it is, but is there a way to maximise the document aloneto
full screen so no toolbars or such is displayed?course it
