The only thing I can think of that would cause a difference would be the
printer driver (which would still affect documents in Safe Mode).
Compatibility and Page Setup settings are saved with the document, so they
wouldn't change between computers, and the version of Word shouldn't make
any difference, either, but a different OS (which will guarantee a different
printer driver) or a difference in font versions installed, could make the
difference.

Choose File - Page Setup on both computers with that document loaded, andof
compare the top and bottom margins. Are they identical? Check the settings
in each of the three tabs in this dialog and see if there are any
differences.
The other possibility would be that some of the compatibility settings are
different. But, I would have thought that starting in Safe mode would have
neutralized that problem. Nonetheless, just to be sure, try Tools -
Options - Compatibility, and verify that both computers' settings are
identical for the options shown.
All of this assumes that both computers are running the identical version
Word (including the same SP level).printer

Nope, the problem is still there even in safe mode.

Thanks for responding. I looked over the link you provided but no
luck.
Both computers have only one single printer installed (other than
things
like
Microsoft Image Writer and Adobe PDF) and it is the exact same
compters'and
print driver. Tried just now to uninstall and reinstall both
don'tprinters and print drivers, but same problem exists.
I tried printing test pages from the printer page itself, and both
pages
turned out identical. The issue seems to only appear on Word; I
pagehave
that issue with printing from Excel or any other application. Any
suggestions?
Thanks.

You fix it by using the same printer driver and printer -- see

Thanks in advance for any help!
