hi!

the top margin appears to have been changed. i went to page setup and
experimented with different measurements and it still seems to have no
effect. what happens is that the cursor is always right at the very top of
the page and everything seems fine on print preview(even after altering
measurements).

i have discovered a way of changing it, which is to go on "view, header and
footer" then close "header and footer" but that's really annoying as i have
to do it everytime i open word.

can someone please, please, please let me know if there is a way of changing
it back permanently and if so how?!?!?

thank you so much and sorry for the very long message!!
