This is not really a function within Word. If your printer is capable of
automatic duplexing (printing two-sided), then you select that option in File
| Print | Properties. If your printer is not capable of automatic duplexing,
you can manually duplex by printing only the odd-numbered pages, then putting
the printed pages back into the paper tray and printing only the
even-numbered pages.
