Lost all toolbars for Word 2000

Hi,
Can anyone help me. I started Word 2000 today and found
that I had no toolbars for the document. I noticed also
that same im my email when replying! Can anyone tell me
how to fix this as I have no control of the document just
a plain white screen!!!!!
