You will want to investigate the Forms toolbar - however in order for the
dropdown feature to work, the document must be protected for Forms.

Hi Everyone

I need a macro that creates a drop down menu on word document and appear
names inside it. Also this drop down menu must not be viewed when
printing.
Just names should appear when printing.
