Is it possible to add entries to an existing TOC that
reference the last page in each section of a document? I
don't want to remove the page references already in the
TOC, I just want to add a "last page in referenced
section" (IE, "Section 1 (descriptive text).......Pages 1
through 4") entry under each normal entry in the TOC. If
there are no "number of pages in section" codes in the
document, how can this be done? Currently, we are
manually creating a TOC with PAGEREF (end of section
bookmark) fields in each entry, but this is cumbersome
since there are hundreds of sections which exceed one
page.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
