Thanks! I ended up uninstalling ServicePack3 for Windows XP, reinstalling
Internet Explorer and no more problems. I did this because even trying to
reinstall IE, because of the "restrictions" that were put on my system all of
a sudden, I couldn't even re-install IE. This also fixed the problems that I
was having with Office 2003 apps.
