I don't believe the issue has anything to do with Microsoft Word.

Someone changed some settings on my computer. I now show Add-Ons
Disabled.
I do not know if that has anything to do with it. When I try to access
Internet Explorer, I get the same message. I have to hit the Home icon to
go
to my homepage. I am unable to access information from websites, i,e,
work
email and Google maps.
