Re: Customize Outline Numbered List box question



It sounds as if you've messed up the "previous level number." If you're not
seeing a gray box at Level 2 representing the Level 1 number, then click
before the Level 2 number and select Level 1 from the "Previous level
number" list. If you start from the pane I suggested, all these things
should already be set correctly; all you would have to do is type Chapter
before the 1 at Level 1 and link the levels to the appropriate styles (as I
said, if you choose the fifth pane, this is already done for you).
