Handwriting recognition and ink features are supported only in Windows
Tablet PC Edition: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/tabletpc/default.mspx.

If your handwriting is very uniform, you might be able to get an Optical
Character Recognition (OCR) program to recognize it.
