I followed your detailed recipe to the letter, and all the URLs are now
blue and underlined. However, when I click on any of them, I get an MS
Word warning, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer". What now? The computer is mine, a fairly new
Dell desktop running Win XP. I have no memory of setting any relevant
restrictions.
