Hi Mel,

You can try to fix the margins for the first section in "File > Page
setup".

Go into the *second* section, then open the dialog.

One of the settings that vanishes when you change "Apply to: This section"
to "Apply to: Whole document" is the problem.

If that doesn't help, the doc may be corrupt (which is what Terry probably
assumed).
