I have used Mail Merge in Word 2000 with success, however, not so with Word
2003:

THE PROBLEM

In Word 2003 I get through all the steps except final step of Merge. It
seems to want to use Outlook for my e-mail program and I use Outlook
Express
as my default.

How can I make it recognize Outlook Express?
