Hi

I have just created my first mail merge using Word2003 against an Exchange
(Outlook) database of names.
When using the address block I get an extra character in the address block
field which I never use to get under Word 2000. It looks like this

Looks like

Mr First Last

Company

P O Box xxxx(a square which represents a line feed) Suburb

City 8002

Should Look like

Mr First Last

Company

P O Box xxxx

Suburb

City 8002

I cannot seem to get the address block to do any thing else.

Any help gratefully accepted

Many thanks

Mike
