Where do I go to make these changes? Remember, what I'm trying to do is use the envelope feature found at: Tools, Letters and Mailings, Envelopes and Labels. When you go there an Envelopes and Labels window opens up. Next to "Delivery address" appears an "Insert address" button. It looks just like the "Insert address" button on the tool bar at the top of the Word screen. But it seems to work differently. As I indicated earlier, it does not pull the Company Name from Outlook and at the same time it puts the Country in the address text box. How do you modify the "Insert address" button that appears in the Envelopes and Labels window found under Tools, Letters and Mailings? I really appreciate all of your help.
