active entries in table of contents feature

Hi,

There is a feature in Microsoft Word where if you have a table of
contents in a document and select one of the entries, then press CTRL -
mouseclick - it will take to the entry in the document.

How do I activate this in a document? Also, if I already have a
document with these settings active, how can I view and change the
settings?
