The following MS help file may be of assistance...
Change the language for the user interface of Office programs
Obtain the Microsoft Office 2000 MultiLanguage Pack and install it.
On the Windows Start menu, point to Programs, point to Office Tools,
and then click Microsoft Office Language Settings.
On the User Interface tab, click the language you want in the Display
menus and dialog boxes in list.
Notes:
If you change the language of the user interface, but don't change the
language for Help to match, the terms for menus and dialog boxes used
in Help won't match the ones you see in the program. For tables of
translated menus and commands, see the Microsoft Office 2000 Resource
Kit. Learn about obtaining the Office Resource Kit.
