    I guess you're right. That being the case, I think you'd have to have a
    macro to change the font. Alternatively, you should be able to use Find and
    Replace to find all the text in a given style (including that in text boxes)
    and apply the Default Paragraph Font (assuming that that has been changed to
    Arial 10 pt).
