The Organization Chart diagram is severely limited in this way. Either just
start from scratch and draw your own diagram, or try this:
1. Start with the standard OrgChart and put your two presidents at Level 2,
creating the rest of the diagram as needed.
2. Turn AutoLayout off.
3. Select the single top box and format it as No Line, No Fill, and as small
a size as you can make it.
4. Drag the two boxes at Level 2 up to a position as close to the top of the
drawing canvas as possible.
5. Select all the connectors from the top box to the two boxes at Level 2
and format them as No Line.
This should leave you with something that is a lot more trouble than and not
quite as good as you could create from scratch in the same amount of time.

I would like to create an organizaiton with two Presidents side-by-side.It
will not allow me to add a co-worker to the top box and it will not allowme
to delete the top box and work with the remaining boxes.
