You must use OCR scanning (text scanning), and I've never used it, but I
understand the one that comes with Office 2003 sucks.

sugarless low fat yogurt. I am using Word froim Office 3 student edition.
The
text was scanned with an epson CX310 all in one. I found Paint could not
edit
the text with out cutting and filling the area then putting corrected text
there which was very hard to do and did not match the picture very well.
But
I made it look acceptable. it took much too long. is there a better way?
