Why do you need to use a Word file as a container for the video file? Just email the video file.

When I insert video into a document and then try to bring up the document on another computer, the video is unplayable. The clip was created in AVI but edited in MS Moviemaker and saved as a Windows Media Player file. When I try to bring the file up on another computer, it says that AVI is not supported on that computer. No kidding, that why I was saving it as WMP. It also appears to be only saving as a link and not saving the video file as a part of the document. Any suggestions?
