    Start from scratch with a new document. In Page Setup, set the paper size to
    #10 envelope, COM 10, or whatever your driver calls business envelopes. Then
    use the Envelope Return and Envelope Address styles to insert your return
    address and a frame for the delivery address. Add graphics according to the
    directions you've already figured out. Save as a template.
