Could be your cache is full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
You can download the files to a specific file, choose save, there will be an option
to where you want the download to go. All clipart packages are called "clipart" on
your hard drive, you will have to change the name if you do not want to delete
earlier downloads.
