FWIW, a minimum of four characters is NOT required to trigger F3 in Word 2007; you need only enough to be unique. I have so few AutoText entries that, to insert my lorem ipsum text (which requires "lore" in Word 2003), I can type just the letter "l" and then press F3 in Word 2007.

In Word 2007, AutoComplete suggestions (if that's what you are thinking of)
are no longer triggered for AutoText entries; AutoComplete only works with
dates now.
You can still insert any AutoText entry by typing sufficiently many
characters from its name so that Word can uniquely identify it (a minimum of
four characters required) and then press F3.

I think that the older versions of word had a place where you could list
frequently typed words and then when you are composing a document that uses
the word it will automatically suggest it? Does 2007 have this feature, if
yes where?
